These Terms govern your use of tegvo.com and the purchase of our digital products and services. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Products & Services
We provide e-books and creative services including AI model promo videos, brand & product promotion videos, AI image generation, and design works (brochures, visiting cards, posters and print collateral). Digital products are delivered electronically; design and video work is delivered per agreed timeline.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp or store links. Prices are listed in INR and may change. Full payment is required before delivery unless agreed otherwise.
3. Delivery
All products — including e-books, AI videos and design work — are delivered on the agreed timeframe we confirm at order. Custom AI model videos are typically ready within 24–72 hours after we receive your brief and materials.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products and agreed delivery model, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. If a file is corrupted, won't open, or materially differs from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will repair or replace it. Custom work refunds, if any, are limited to amounts before production begins.
5. Revisions (Custom Work)
Custom AI videos include 2 rounds of reasonable revisions; additional revisions may incur a fee. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed brief, not new concepts.
6. License & Usage Rights
For custom AI model videos, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final delivered video for your brand/product. For e-books, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or single-business use; you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the original product unless a license explicitly permits it. Design works are delivered for your brand use as agreed in the project brief.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our AI model and certain visuals are generated using artificial intelligence and do not depict real individuals unless stated. You agree to use AI-generated content lawfully and not in a misleading or harmful manner.
8. Client Responsibilities
You confirm you own or have rights to any product images, logos, or materials you provide, and that our work for you will not infringe others' rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and our original product designs are owned by Tegvo and protected by law. Buying a product grants a license to use it, not ownership of underlying IP.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use our products or services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes, or to create content that is illegal or violates others' rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tegvo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
12. Warranties
Products are provided "as is"; we make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., sales or follower growth).
13. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third parties (e.g., WhatsApp, stores); we are not responsible for their content or policies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of [City, State].
